Updated jvm.properties for 14.5 and 14.5 FP1 Client and Designer

Now that the Notes Client and Domino Designer 14.5 have been out a while, it is time to publish an update to the jvm.properties article ( https://apps02.prominic.net/A55E6F/blog.nsf/dx/01052024141612LBBGE8.htm )

The mechanism for overriding jvm.properties values via notes.ini settings has not changed, so the warning to avoid that method still stands.

Note that a service pack install will overwrite settings, keep a backup copy!

I've attached the jvm.properties I use for my daily driver Designer clients as jvm_14.5_fp1.properties.  Those run with an 8Gb max heap.  The normal client runs quite well with a 2G max heap, using vmarg.Xmx=-Xmx2048m

Lines that have changed since the jvm.properties for the 14.5 preview release:
- vmarg.Dosgiext line had been dropped, reinstated that
- vmarg.Xzero line removed
- vmarg.add.exports2 line removed
